When ordering a voucher from our website, all UK mainland delivery is free. We aim to ship your voucher as soon as possible but please be aware of our opening hours. For example, if you were to purchase on a Friday, your gift box may not be dispatched until Tuesday. If you need your gift box for a specific date, please call the studio on 0116 2700995 to discuss before placing your order.

Please note that ZigZag vouchers are valid for one per family per year and are not available in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to refund any vouchers that are in breach of these terms. 

If you do change your mind and would like a refund you will need to return your gift box in the same condition that it was received. This is only applicable if your session was not used or booked. CLICK HERE FOR RETURNS INFO

Free delivery to the school for orders placed within 21 days. All orders with delivery to school selected will be dispatched within 28 days of the deadline date.

After this time, any orders will incur P&P charge of £5 for home delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders that are being delivered to home within 21 days

Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us.

Your images are ready printed and ready to collect from the nursery. You can pay for these online and you will just need to show your invoice to the nursery where they will give you your images. If ordering before the deadline, at checkout, please select free pickup from nursery. This will mean there are no delivery charges and your images will be ready to collect from the nursery. Once the nursery have returned your images to us, you will need to pay for home delivery. If you do place an order that is ineligible for free pickup due to missing the cut off date, we reserve the right to contact you for P&P payment before posting your images out.

Please ensure that any image reference numbers are entered correctly. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, no refunds will be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any faulty item will be replaced. 

If you are ordering studio images, all physical items will need to be collected from the studio. We do quote 4-6 weeks but we will call you when they are ready.
