Photography Experience Gift Box Orders

If you do change your mind and would like a refund on your photography gift experience you will need to return your gift box in the same condition that it was received. This can be via post or in person to 18 Portland Road, Leicester, LE2 3AB. Please be sure to include your order number when returning items to us. Refunds are only available where photoshoot was not booked.

School & Nursery Orders

Please ensure you have correctly entered your images reference numbers when ordering as due to the bespoke nature of these items, refunds will not be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any faulty item will be replaced. Please contact us on 0116 2700995 to discuss any problems with your order.

Studio Orders

If you are ordering studio images, all physical items will need to be collected from the studio. We do quote 4-6 weeks but we will call you when they are ready. You will have the chance to check over all items before taking them away. Any faults will need to be raised with us at this point and we will repair or replace.
